    Editing post was changed in the update. You click on the 'three dots' to edit and things (like hide etc.,)

    My dad got to know about it, and he sent it to a PC guy, he formatted the C drive, and everything was solved including corrupted system files and 30%usage, thanks for your, support. 
    (..I don't know whether deleting would have helped, i would have tried it if my dad didn't take away my pc and give it to him...)

    Ok, I guess I solved it, as Kevlar had said earlier, I had put autoexec's cfg files in cfg folder of insurgency, I had forgot about it being there, all I did was remove them from cfg folder, and voila!!!,
