Help With full screen Wolfenstein Enemy Territory

Ok guys im trying to help my friend set up ET on his computer and for somereason it wont go fullscren under options we tryed changing the resolutin to the highest but that did nouthing...he is also running windows7 (not shure if that manttes) and rith click run as admin , does any 1 know how this can be fixed

Add r_fullscreen 1 in your command line as show in below image.
