Problem with Ventrilio

I've just downloaded and installed Ventrilio, and it works as long as I'm not in-game (ask Caldas and Pepperoni)

 

When I'm in-game, it seems like the Hotkey isn't responding or there may be some other issue. Can anybody help me pleaze?

Alexandra is correct. You need to run Ventrilo as an admin in order for it to work in game.
