I was playing venice and I found this problem with the map. While inside the ammo and health cabinet, you can be killed from outside but cannot shoot from inside out. You can clearly see the small rip to where you can see who is in the room and shoot them.

Those little bugs in maps occur more often, as maker you don't see those little things.

 

what do you mean as marker?
