I first thought that she was handing them out at a party!  :o

 

Ah, the youtube vid-page says "cell phone thief arrested in concert."  Now the question is, stolen from where?  From the concert-goers, I guess.  Beware women at concerts who want to dance cheek-to-cheek and fondle you.  :D

 

This homemade phone-thief Zapper would not work so well at concerts...people would just think that the thief was "dancing to the music".

This was a bit EXTREME and could have gotten the pranksters arrested, but :D

Blame DJ for these videos, his MOTD always gets me to click on the View on YouTube link and then explore a little (or a lot).
