Whats your resolution?

Is everyone missing the point entirely that i'm trying to make? Look, all I am saying is that if using 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080 gets you more FPS regardless of the game, its a valid reason  to use a lower resolution. I argued that this is a good enough reason to use a resolution other than the native resolution. That is all I am trying to say.

This is true, use the highest you can while maintaining STABLE FPS. If you drop from 125 or whatever your maxfps is then you'll have other issues, one of which is how physics is applied to this engine
