Two sources say that the last pic is in Tijuana, Mexico : "A Moe's Tavern from The Simpsons To Open in Tijuana", with the same picture of the facade, last January 20th. 

 

One article said that there is an exact replica of the bar in Orlando. Florida, USA.  I wonder if they paid a licensing fee for using the Simpsons show items?
