I am having a problem. When i go to change the resolution ET crashes on start up. I select the resolution i want, the game prompts me to restart and then while it is restarting i get an error "Could not load GL subsystem. This does not happen if i just go and open ET to play, it runs fine. It only happens when i change the resolution.

Run the game as administrator

right mouse button on et icon run as admin I think that will help

or update your video card that also could be it

What resolution are you trying to set?  Perhaps your monitor does not support it?

okay so my laptop default resolution is 1920X1080. do i need to change my computers resolution to one ET has in the options. As of right now i play on 3 quarters of my screen the rest is black.
