In the spirit of learning more about our fellow gamers, what are some countries you have all visited and what was your experience? 

 

You can feel free to share a story, make list, or simply even tell us what countries you would WANT to visit :) 


I'll start!! 

 

I am from the United States, and I recently got back from a trip to India to celebrate my best friend's wedding. The most interesting thing about India was the fact that animals openly roam the streets alongside humans, even on highways!!! 

 

It was not uncommon for roads to be blocked by herds of buffalo and cows lol, I was shocked when I saw them just casually walk by the cars!!

Hey there

 

I love to travel too....but now I'm married with a young daughter living in England so now only short breaks possible right now.

 

Before I have spent around 3 months in Thailand, 5 months in Malaysia including Borneo and Singapore; over a year in Indonesia including many small islands and the larger islands of Sumatra, Java, Lombok and Bali. Also 3 months in Australia and my wife is Japanese so 8 times there staying 3 months on one occasion.

Also I have been to Scotland, Wales, Portugal, Spain, Greece and France.

 

I have been arrested in Bali for having sex on an empty beach in total dark, attacked by a puffer fish, attacked by a Hornbill, stopped by armed guards whilst travelling North Sumatra (Banda Aceh), slapped by an Indonesian Taxi driver, threatened with a sword in Bangkok and I have swam with several sharks whilst stoned in the Gili isles (Indonesia).

 

Just some of the highlights haha :D
