I'm asking about What are Frames per second in F|A tweaks , cuz there are in the options some Graphics when you decrease them you ( Boost FPS ?? ) a lot

ah.....FPS stands for Frames Per Second. If you lower your FPS you do not Boost FPS

 

There are many things that you can change to get better FPS, Medic creates .cfg's for players that are unsure of what their settings should be:

I"m not sure what "tweak" in the menu does, but if I understand your question then the "tweak" likely lowers your graphics detail in order to gain a boost in performance. Essentially the less graphics your card has to draw (like blood on walls, fancy sky, high resolution images) the faster it can draw other aspects of the game. The ultimate goal is to have a steady FPS at the highest FPS possible. This is usually achieved by turning down certain graphics in order to gain a "boost" in your FPS so that you can hold say 125 FPS stable while playing the map.
