The final exam

Heya guys sick here with a serious topic today..

 

I'm sure the majority of children in the world go to school hoping for a better future. Admit it we all hate it, having teachers to rule over us and we have to keep up with this for years and years because our hopes are on the line, also our siblings who support us with every way they can, here in Greece not only adults have problems but also students..

 

In Greece children are obligated to attend at least 9 years of basic education, for those who want to have more chances in life there are 3 extra years commonly the High school, even after this we are given the chance to take an exam called "PanHellenics". depending of the result u are given the right to attend the university. Although it sounds simple enough theese exams are to in-human, personally i wasn't studying 24/7 but still i had to sacrifice most of my "social" life in order to study so i can pass the exam,i barely remember the last time i went for a couple of drinks with no hesitation(about loosing time from studying) , but because the subjects are so difficult a student who wants more that 15 out of 20 has to attend extra lessons, u can't imagine how much money my family spent this year just for this...After all this i come here to share  my emotions with u guys. My biggest fear is not failure, but the dissapointement that my siblings will get if i fail the exams and also i want to thank some of u from here for ur great advice and help, i'm rly glad i joined FA i made some great internet pals!

I respect the fact that u care about the money and emotions of your siblings, thats the biggest thing a parent wants, that his/her son acknowledges the efforts they are making just so u become good in future.

 

I too hate studying etc. but eventually it is the only thing which will help u rest of your life. The sacrifices u are giving and the stuff u are doing just so u can study and pass is worth appreciating and it will help u in future. so dont worry about other stuff. I would say go out now and then it will fresh up your mind. 

 

We do have some shit studies pattern, and i m sure alot of countires has this same pattern, just different names.

Trust me on this, if u get good marks and pass, the best feeling u shall have is , seeing your parent smile and feel proud, it happend to me recent when i completed my bachelors degree, my parents were so proud. and it was the best feeling in the world seeing them happy.
