Choice between Rust and Day of Infamy

Hey, since i got some money to spend , i got stuck in the choice between whether to buy rust or day of infamy as both of these cost the same in India (which is $6-7 US). I'm not able to decide which one to go with.

Rust is gpu intensive game, I have a GT610 which means low fps, doi on other hand is like insurgency not much gpu needed, but the no.of players and servers is less. Rust is survival/combat/base building which means i can play with friends from all around the world (where there is acceptable ping), doi is FPS, which needs low ping but can't help it no servers in India. I love playing Insurgency, but i even like survival/base building.

Each of the games have some pro's and cons to it for me.

Can someone help me with this? and if there are any other games as good as these both.
