Hello everyone,

I just brought a new iron cookware (Debuyer Force blue Frying pan 28cm). And I am still learning to use it.

Now it is still under seasoning ~till now still could stick with egg ~lol

I think this iron frying pan is very suitable for a steak.

How about you?

I got a new Staub Cast Iron Square Grill Pan. But never used it!~lol :P

I use Sous Vide, one hour at 56 degrees Celcius. After this, 10 seconds / side at the highest possible temperature (frying pan).

After that, I'm eating steaks like a boss.
