Some people already do this in the shower :D

 

But, I don't really understand how tiring your muscles helps... Muscles need time to build up, you just tire them like that and then they hurt, wait 1-2 weeks and you can restart training...

 

In a workout you should have about 10-12 reps, 2 minutes of break (bicep) to ease it up on your muscles, and not like these guys just do it fast motion... only abs are fast motion.

That shake thing is so wrong........

 

I'm sure they are thinking of something when they are shaking it....
