I love almost everything Unibroue makes.

 

La Fin du Monde is the pinnacle for my tastebuds...Tres Pistoles is a very close 2nd.  

 

I'm a homebrewer as well and can make a wonderful clone of Tres Pistoles.  The yeast that's used for La Fin du Monde is too specialized to buy outright.   You'd have to harvest a sample and pitch it yourself off the real thing.  That's what's stopped me from making it.
