That House of Gilbert is in Riverside, California.  They have a number of videos up on YouTube.  Other locations include Nashville.

 

From one vid by a viewer, there is a parking lot across the street where many people gather to watch the shows.  

 

The Lightening company has links on their YouTube page to their company site and their FB page.
