cl_wwwdownload 1

 

but the velocity still 13kb

 

any command for speed download ?

You set those values before connecting to server? If not, do /reconnect after those.

dl them directly and put them in etmain folder.

most commands for dl speed\bandwidth are server side like "sv_dl_maxrate" so on.. Still, you can try to increase your own "rate" setting and see if it improves things.
