the fat guy definitety was a bully in his childhood and the other guy doesn't have a very good history as well. put them together and.. you'll see! 

(it was meant to be a interview, the fat guy interviews him about his new CD, but he make jokes about his artistic name etc.. :) )

Try using the YouTube auto-translate to English (or some other language)!  The result was comically awful!

 

I don't think that they were really talking about Tripoli or Tehran University.
