Leader RedBaird Posted July 22, 2016 Leader Posted July 22, 2016 (edited) I updated to Chrome 52 (32-bit) yesterday and almost instantly discovered that the "use backspace to return to prior page" did not work anymore. They did this because some people have "hit backspace accidentally" and lost data that they had entered into a form. We can hold the ALT key and press either the left or right arrow keys to navigate back and forth. Clicking on the arrow tag on top left of screen works, too. Edited July 22, 2016 by RedBaird Quote

Leader RedBaird Posted September 2, 2016 Author Leader Posted September 2, 2016 Thank the lord, that thing was a pain in the ass. Well, I was very used to it. I recently searched for and found an extension that returns that function. Otherwise, you have to hit two keys or use the mouse. " Re-enables the backspace key as a back navigation button (except when writing text). " https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/go-back-with-backspace/eekailopagacbcdloonjhbiecobagjci?hl=en Quote
