Several users have reported a serious game-breaking bug in Bethesda's open-world role-playing game, Fallout 4. As detailed on the Bethesda forums, the bug in question concerns a settlement quest which requires players to head to Mosignor Plaza. Upon attempting to travel there, several players have encountered a game crash straight to the desktop, without an error message.

The bug has reportedly affected users on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. While there have been numerous reports of glitches in the game surfacing online, not many of them have been game-breaking. In fact, some can be used to the player's advantage.

Fallout 4 launched on November 10 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The game shipped 12 million copies in a single day, breaking records across brick and mortar stores, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and PC.
