Obviously there are alot of patent trolls and shit. But I came across these 3 patent suing case on the same day on ArsTechnica and it made me facepalm/laugh. Especially the third one.

 

1-

I had no idea the song "Happy Birthday" was copyrighted and someone was making millions with this.

But it seems it might come to an end! Finally.
