Reallity Posted June 14, 2015 Share Posted June 14, 2015 i get this error: the instruction at 0x000007EFAE11C64 referenced memory at 0x0000000002BAB9e8. the required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000009d For some reason i get this error everytime i try t start my pc. when i press ok my screen just goes black. redy. Posted June 14, 2015 Share Posted June 14, 2015 In addition to what angel said: Backup your data to an external stick or hard drive. Better safe than sorry. Hard drive errors are 'ugly' because you never know if it gets worse and if something happens to your Windows section you are dead in the water. Run Chkdsk: Check disk can fix issues to a certain level. In case your hard drive is already older and you used it for a couple of years without issues: You might want to invest into a new hard drive. Might want to reinstall the Mobo drivers, if they have included LAN as well, which most have, otherwise go to the Device manager and update network adapter drivers by inserting the CD for LAN/Mobo, which should do the trick. Fast try could be either to restart the modem to see if that would fix it, otherwise u will have to be more specific as to why its not working, by providing some additional informations if u have some msg's popping up. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
