Punkbuster Problem

I have a problem with Punkbuster, everytime I connect to a FA server I get kicked and get the message:

 

''Punkbuster Init Failed visit evenbalance.com if the problem persists''.

 

I visit the site and download the latest PB.

I put it in my ET-PB folder and I still get kicked.

 

 

Plz help me, I enjoy your servers .

I try but then it says this: ''Failed to copy the file, the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process''.

 

And yes I shutted everything off that has to do anything with it.
