10Tacle
Hey there Today I'd like to introduce you to what I sometimes cook exclusively for our men's meeting (Männerabend), when the wifes & girlfriends are abroad / away. The principle is simple, yet you can vary and season it to your delight. Ingredients (per piece): 6 slices of bacon (can be substituted with smoked / herbed) 50-100 grams of (preferably) quality minced beef some aged / quality cheese, cut to sticks a homemade or bought BBQ-glaze oven with ability to grill / charcoal grill sushi-mat toppings: fried onions / crushed favorite chips / pickles / anything really Preparations: only if you want to make the BBQ-glaze yourself Procedure: Start off with your sushi-mat: then, lay the bacon onto it, make it overlap slightly: Tasty! Let's continue with the minced & already seasoned beef. Pay attention to not apply too much of it in thickness for easier grilling after. Cheese for our belly. Roll the coaster! Pre-heat your charcoal grill and dont let the bacon blacken. Apply BBQ-glaze Again, then turn the rolls Let the first layer 'glaze'. Crush your favorite chips OR.. ...cut some fried onions on top Slice it up and taste the beast! Enjoy & say good-bye to your sixpacks
