Might sound some noobish question, but couple of days ago i gave a try to COD4, for now single player so i can get used to these kind of FPS Games (forever ET only lol) and well while i was trying to set my direction keys from wasd to arrows, it worked well, but when i wanted to use numpad for the gun swiches, somehow it didn't recognize it, basically it only registered the normal 1-9 at top of the keyboard and not the numpad menu right of arrows.

Now my question is, is it somehow possible to select weapons and such to these keys or is it basically limited to the default keys only?

If you type /bindlist in console I believe it shows both all binds and bindable keys.

And some people laugh when you tell them to start with "Did you plug it in first?".  Some times it is the initial thing and it is easy to overlook, we are human after all and not perfect.  Glad it helped out!!!
