My mouse wheel was not always working...

I opened mouse (You need a thin Phillips head screwdriver) and

There was oil all over sides of mousewheel (for lube) collecting dust and dirt.

I wiped off with paper towel and works fine now.

My mousepointer would stop working intermittently, So I knew optics were dirty too.

I wiped off all sides of lens and now mouse works great! Attack!
