Yep.  Today in 1773 the infamous Boston Tea Party happened, which led to the start of the revolution against Britain's rule.

 

I want to give my thanks to all the free Americans that gave their lives and their belongings to spur that quest for freedom from tyranny.

They are unsung heroes who need recognition on this day.

 

Thank you paving the way to freedom.  I am just sorry that today we don't seem to care anymore.
