Twitch Plays Pokémon, the Twitch channel that lets the viewers play, will be returning to playing Pokémon from tomorrow, October 24.

Starting tomorrow, October 24, at 11 p.m. Eastern the channel will start playing the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire demo, which is currently available to 3DS owners who manage to snag a special code. The demo will be on the channel for a day or two, the channel’s owner told Polygon, before switching to Pokémon Stadium 2 until Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire officially launch in North America.

Basically, the channel lets the views play the game by entering button commands in chat. Twitch Plays Pokémon shot to fame with a playthrough of Pokémon Red before moving onto several other games in the franchise.

The channel is currently playing Super Smash Bros. for 3DS. You can check it out here.
