It's time of the year and we are changing private slot passwords for each servers. So if you can't connect with private slot password which you have purchased please create support ticket. 

 

Note: Please do not use contact US or Report on tracker. Create support ticket. Click Me.

With private slot passwords one slot on server will be always reserved for you, no matter what. This way you will never server full message.
