Konami has revealed the minimum and recommended PC requirements for PES 2015, and pretty much any system built in the last ten years should be able to run it.
 
To get the game running you will need 1GB of RAM, an Intel Core 2 Duo, and 8GB of hard drive space. However, things get a little more tasty when it comes to the recommended specs—hold onto your hats. Konami recommends an i3 processor, 2GB of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce 7950 or equivalent.
 
According to PES European brand manager Adam Bhatti, the PC version of the game will be a “hybrid” of the last and next-gen versions.

Windows 7 SP1 / Vista SP2
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.8GHz (AMD Athlon II X2 240 or equivalent processor)
1GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 7800/ATI Radeon X1300/Intel HD Graphics 2000
DirectX 9.0c video card with 512MB
8GB HDD space
Recommended system requirements:
 
Windows 7 SP1 / Vista SP2
Intel Core i3 530 (AMD Phenom II X4 925 or equivalent processor)
2GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 7950/ATI Radeon HD 2400/Intel HD Graphics 3000
DirectX 9.0c video card with 1024MB
8GB HDD space
PES 2015 will be available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC in November.
