These are, in no way, rules that you must to adhere to, and are subject to change. 1) Where possible try to use the language of the topic with a translation underneath. This will help with getting the learners used to reading the language they're trying to learn. 2) Don't be a ****. I should think this goes without saying, and is pretty self-explanatory. 3) Don't be afraid to be wrong. We all make mistakes, even native speakers. The fact that you're trying is enough.
