Strange lag spikes all of a sudden

I been afk from FA hardcore for a couple months and i all of a sudden have these ~20 fps spikes every 2-5 seconds just moving around. This is what my lagmeter looks like... 

 

 

I never changed any settings from before and ive been playing lots of other games with no lag at all.

Are you sure that your processor is not throttling?

What graphic card do you have? (about those fps drops, you could try /r_primitives 2)

Could you try using /pb_sleep 500 ?

Yes but put this 216.155.146.19 adress to host line (where you have google.com now)
