setting local server

what I need modify to get all classes spawn with 30/120 ammo in the begin of each map?; i am running JayMod, but the modification apply for all mods?

You might want to google for jaymod-2.0.pdf file to read more jaymod settings, unsure if that is the latest version though, basics can do.

I don't remember if it's possible with just stock jaymod or you need enhmod or something similar
