cfg to headshot

You need training rather than cfg
Anyways I made simple one:

 

Place this cfg file in etmain folder of your game.

Check note inside this cfg. To run cfg type in game /exec zp.cfg then /vid_restart

This cfg affects mouse, aim settings. No graphics and that stuff changed.

there is no hs cfg, its more /m_pitch so u can keep ur crosshair more central to the screen enabling more headshots

Cfg helps achieve heatshots. Not only m_pitch affects it.

It's up to you. Every player has different pc so settings are rather different too. Still this cfg does not affect anything more than aim settings

I didn't know about this /m_pitch setting so I never changed it. 

Is it really useful for experimented players to change it ?

Searching by google does not hurt

About m_pitch cvar "Sets the mouse pitch (up/down)" lower value will make it harder to move crosshair up and down.

Edit: Forgot to answer your question, it's not for experienced players. Try different vaules and suit it to yourself.
