Problems installing cod4

Hi all!

I am trying to install Call of Duty 4 Modern warfare, but my installation get's stuck on "Error 1305.Error reading from file E:\Setup\Data\zone\english\coup.ff. Verify that the file exists an that you can access it."

I took a look at the disc, it looks a bit damaged, any ideas?

if your read down far enough it mentions damaged media and what not hope this helps 

make sure the disk is clean

I took a look at the disc again. It has scratches going all over the place so it seems like the prob is on disc :/
