Hi!

I have probleim whit my sens and i needed you ;)

I have an ew config.

iset the new config on jay1 & etpub.

My sens on jay1 is 1.00 and its perfect but on etpub my sens is 0.01 and its very to high( i remember you that my cfg is the same).

what do i have to do to put the sens of jay1 to etpub ( cause i mostly play on etpub).

in console ( ~ ) type in /sensitivity 1. if you use a cfg you could also browse through it, find that cvar, and change it.

Maybe interesting to know how many dpi mouse you have and what kind cos i have buttons on mouse to switch sense and maybe you have to manualkly activate your cfg instead of auto? and i did think in et 0.01 s3ense is not possibl.

Sorry for not being able to help you back then, I had to go. What I figured out that use the same settings on jaymod and etpub, which on jaymod are fine but are messed up on etpub. For the 2 same configs you use, try using only one you are 100% sure it works (jaymod one) and put it in etmain folder only and delete the other one (I don't think you need to create copies in every folder of the mods you play). And I think it's the /set sensitivity 1.00, if you still can't get it working right. You could also try using that config as a part of autoexec.cfg so you don't have to exec it every time you connect to a server.

For my cfg i do /exec zz ( zz = name of my config) and yes to have sens 0.1 i do /sensitivity 0.01 and yea a madea mistaque my sens is 0.1 ;S

its just

sensitivity 1.00

, you dont need to do

set

.

you can use anything between 0 and 10 IIRC -- i use anything between 0.7 and 2.5, depending on mod and mod version.

i use sens less than one because i have a 2000dpi mouse. i find it a lil hard to believe that 0.01 is too high.. i suppose you may have the windows mouse sensitivity setting ( look in control panel ) cranked all the way up and a 2000dpi mouse cranked to max, but still i wouldn't expect you to use 1.0 on pub and something less than 0.01 on jaymod. i haven't played jaymod for a long time but IIRC it is only a 10% difference.

different mods and versions of mods do make your sensitivity change though - i find i need to tweak it whenever i hop servers.

i dunno double check your code? maybe you have typing error. but you should be able to use 0.001 if you really need it.

& a good fix once you figure out the right setting is to make a separate jaymod cfg in your jaymod folder for different cvars and keybinds that are not used in pub.

Do this First in console type /sensitivity 1

after that go to esc, options, controls and see if sensitivity is the same, once i had the same prob like you and i did this
