I am just making sure that our international readers know that this picture is of a Halloween decoration.

I thought I might have to write an explanation, but it seems that the holiday has been spreading around the world in recent decades:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloween_around_the_world

 

I am wondering if the police have gotten any calls about this "body", especially from drivers-by.
