NQ 1: balance

Please put some more regulars on level 4.

When there are no admins around the team balance is terrible bad.

 

We can shout TEAMS a billion time in chat, but if there are no people who can actually put people. Nobody will even out...

(well, sometimes we have a nice dude who actually evens out).

ps. friendly request, no offense to any of the admins on NQ1. They do a great job, but often enough there is nobody on.

Don't remember if you have xfire or not, anyways you should download it  and/or add some admins (not necessiraly NoQ1 admins)

Course I have xfire and I know the drill (been there before :|), but won't do it.

Just like I'm avoiding this forums as much as possible I'm avoiding Xfire (no offense, just for my own sake )

 

 

I know, I know... Now  I'm complaining without wanting to use the 'easy' fix. Just ignore this thread if you want, it was just a friendly request afterall.

Bah, if you managed to post this topic whereas you're trying to avoid the forum, I'm sure that you can ask admins to even using xfire, at least from time to time   

It will partially solve the problem, and anyways lvl 4 implies responsabilities, that's why there isn't a lot of players with such a lvl, especially on NoQ1...

Notice the as much as possible. And like I said, ignore it. I will just leave and go play some more ps2 when the balance is f***ed (yeey for ragequitting)

I'd prefer ppl to use xfire instead of giving more ppl lvl 4

Yes balancing the teams does seem to be hard for a lot of people on NQ1 (which I don't understand).  

 

I am on there quite a bit during the day particularly in the week and will do my best to keep teams even (as I have been doing)  but it is also up to you regulars to do your best to swap teams to keep even wherever possible.

 

You can always pm me as even if I'm not on xfire I am usually not far from the pc and will come and help
