4K TV Price Cut
4K TVs are beautiful, but they are also extremely expensive. Most of the major TV manufacturers have already unveiled their Ultra HD offerings, but the question remains: When will the average consumer be able to afford them? Speaking to Trusted Reviews, one United Kingdom retailer believes 4K resolution TV prices may be cut in half within the next year.

There are already affordable 4k tv's out there. I just don't care for them, just like I don't care for 3D tv's.

I thought I was up on my things related to resolution...

 

but I've never heard of 4K tv's

 

is this just marketing buzz?

 

or is this something like a 10 Megapixel camera, where the extra mega pixels don't matter unless you are using a large screen
