w0nder
I am an old console game fanatic. I have most all of them in working order, but I was slowly accumulating them all on my PC in the form of emulators. I have everything up to PS2 which I am using PCSX2 but having a b*** of a time getting it to configure correctly. I am a complete noob at this, but I have never had any issues with any of the other emulators. I have an ISO of Guitar Hero Metallica, and it will load, but then it just stays black, or I will get an error, depending on what plugins I am using. Anyone use this emulator and know what the hell they are doing? I know the basics and how to run stuff, so as long as I can get it working fine, I will have no issues. matthewX
Ya I tried it out 2day, im quite familiar with every other emulation besides ps2, took me about an hr to get the ps2 emulator to work due to a bump rom ISO, same as ps1 emulator mostly, if you still need help jus xfire or pm me. Number1Dad
Another thing you and I both enjoy Only game I've gotten to work well on PCSX2 is Final Fantasy X, but that's mostly because I only have a relatively slow AMD processor (5000+ X2 @ 3.0GHz), PS2 emulation takes a lot of processing power and that program runs best using Intel instruction sets. Now ePSXe on the other hand... I am playing MGS with a high-quality cartoon shader and it looks awesome. Here's a good resource for emulator questions if you haven't found it already: http://forums.ngemu.com/
