Set up the cfg

How do I set up the cfg?

 

I was talking with BIH and He was told me. without cfg ET is sucks. I quiet did not understand what is means

 

anyway how do I set up the cfg? and I also can not figure out fix of lag. Can someone teach me on xfire? If u do I would appreciated.

You can change your stuff like mouse sens, hud display and much more at options, and there are some commands like /cg_fov 110 which I use but if you want you can download someones config, theres lots of them around
