Hi, need some help please!

Hi, i used to be a regular on your server. i have a problem regarding ET which i have been unable to solve. About 6 months back, i was doing some cleaning of my HD and decided to delete my ET install, along with all it's folders. then the next day i re-install and i can no longer acces any :27960 servers. I have updated PB to the latest configuration, i have tried everything. every time i try to connect to your server, i get to "awaiting connection" and in the command line it says it sends a master query to an even balance server, and then requests for a cdkey validation...but then re-sends the cdkey validation many times over without success. i would really like some assistance as it has been quite some time since i played ET, and because of this issue i continue unable to gain access to the :27960 servers.
