stoney baloney Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 rtcw is the first online game i've played, and i spent years trying to be anything but terrible at it. i met some really cool people during that time, too... a lot of people would scoff at the graphics, but i think the gameplay was/is fantastic. i would actually choose wolf over et, but wolf is so freaking old, that it's just obsolete, unfortunately. speaking of wolf, i love that jay2 has ET Beach map on it... i cringe to think of how many hours i've spent on that map in my life. rtcw is the first online game i've played, and i spent years trying to be anything but terrible at it. i met some really cool people during that time, too... a lot of people would scoff at the graphics, but i think the gameplay was/is fantastic. i would actually choose wolf over et, but wolf is so freaking old, that it's just obsolete, unfortunately. speaking of wolf, i love that jay2 has ET Beach map on it... i cringe to think of how many hours i've spent on that map in my life. 1 Quote

Death_Reincarnated Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 I started playing RtCW SP/MP at the time when RtCW:ET was becoming popular. When I finished the SP RtCW I was searching for a sequel and found out about ET. To my surprise it was only MP - but then again I fell in love with this game since then. BadRonald Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 Started playing RTCW when it came out, first SP then MP. Started playing ET when the open test two was released, and FD was the only map. Didn't really care for it at the time, so I went back to RTCW MP (HP at the time @ the depot and HP2). Eventually I was persuaded to play ET cuz a lot of wolf buddies were over there, and I met a lot of new buddies, too. Still love both games, but I pretty much just play ET now. Quote
Alacrity Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 I own it, play it daily for years now, the original RtCW memories will never ever subside! Best cherished moments! <3 Single player <3 RtCW v1.33 Quote
