Well yeah, that's that small risk you take. But exact the same thing can happen with the stable release :P

I been using beta drivers for years now.

 

Only once had to roll back drivers (and that was a 'stable' version :P) for a problem with dual screen, which the next beta driver fixed ^^

 

Updating your drivers while it can give you a performance boost, can always cause problems...

ps. apart from new released games I don't see any performance increased happen for this graphics (and with the new games it will be minimum anyway)

I believe there was a time where the beta driver didn't support older games, and people started having graphics problems in et and had to rollback their drivers. (Though it may have been a 1 off)

Ya happened to me before, only choice was to rollback because of a bug
