i just can give u an advice --> read this books, sometimes hard to understand but really interesting!

"The Hobbit" and  "The Lord of the Rings", J.R.R. Tolkien was the most brilliant author of all time! ;)

Nietzsche's Thus Spoke Zarathustra and Ortega's The Revolt of the Masses. You really should read that books.

Well, I don't have a favourite book, but a writer, that is sir Terry Pratchet. I love his humour and how he's creating the universe, espetially the Disc World. It's really sad that he won't write anything more :(

 

I also loved the Witcher series by Sapkowski. You can see there things you could loved in games, like perfectly created universe, interesting tales, and of course great main character - Geralt. If you liked the games and havn't read, do it asap :)
