But this can be bothersome if the guy with low hp doesnt stop and let u needle him. IMO tk/revive is best way to go when player is at ~ 25 - 30 hp or less.

 

I just let them die. i'll repetedly say "I'm a medic" and if they run i sit back and watch em get shot up and die. the worst is when they r poisoned and saying "I need a medic" repeatedly while running away from you.
