Ban appeal

I quite possibly am an idiot, but i could not for the life of me find a ban appeal section. If there is, please move it for me.

 

I was on a jaymod server and noticed an admin use a killspam, so I said "killspam is allowed here?" or something along those lines, and then proceeded to use mine for 5-10 kills and by the time i noticed someone write "stop" I was banned with reason "ur gay"

I was banned for 300 days, doesnt that seem a little excessive for an honest mistake? I didn't know it wasnt allowed. I would like to be unbanned if thats acceptable (i wont killspam again).
