I Can't click LIKE on F|A Forums?

I have one question...

 

Since F|A site & forum were updated/edited, i cant click Like anymore neer someones post, you know when someone makes really awesome post and i would like to click LIKE it gives me this error:

 

You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day

 

But i didnt like a post since F|A site was updated, because i couldnt do it, it always gives me this error.... So i decided to ask why i cant do it?
