GE/GM Foods.. What are your thoughts about it?

Hey guys, so I'm taking a class about food, and all these things are coming up. My teacher in this class became a vegan because of the lessons she has to teach us. So apparently almost every food product is being played with, in their genes, and getting changed. To me, I get kind of into the topic if it might end up messing me up later on in the future. We don't know if these "perfect" product foods are healthy, or if they have a long term affect. Sure they have many positives things too, like you can gain a whole lot of money (profit), in the farmers point of view, and they can also help stop hunger. What are your thoughts about the GE/GM foods?

Now, in a less direct way, I don't worry that much about these kind of stuff.

Everyday there is something new that will cause cancer or similar.

If I need to be worried about everything they say is bad, well then I would die/get cancer of stress.

Of course I try to life healthy, but I'm not going to start to worry about these things..

 

In the end we will die anyway and I'm pretty sure I won't get really old (like 50 or so ).

 

 

ps the 50 was a joke, but I'm really sure I won't get old => 80ish.
