Tried to help him trew xfire but I don't know the problem. He connects map is loading but he dont come in game and get's no message of a error as far I understould it Quote

Es löscht die .pk3 (map files). Die Files kann korrupt sein you can try the pk3 cleaner. it deletes your map files. the files might be corrupt. Quote
